Refund & Exchange Policy – Exylon Pesticides

At Exylon Pesticides, we are committed to providing high-quality agricultural products. Once delivered, products are not eligible for return. However, if you receive a defective, expired, or incorrect item, we offer a free replacement, subject to stock availability.

Exceptions & Rules

All items eligible for exchange must be unused, in their original condition, with all labels and packaging intact.
Exchanges are only allowed if your location is serviceable by our logistics team.
If your order included a free gift or promotional item, the refund or replacement will only be processed after receiving the free item back.
If you choose to self-ship your return, ensure that the package is securely packed to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a trusted courier service.
Perishable goods, such as liquid pesticides, seeds, or biological products, cannot be returned if the packaging is opened or damaged.
Product exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the delivery date. To request an exchange, contact our customer support at +91 79909 57 560.
To process complaints regarding damaged products, customers must send an unboxing video of the package to our support team at [your contact number/email].
Issues related to the delivered product should be reported within 2 days of delivery.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, UPI, etc.) within 7-10 working days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer after verification.

Order Cancellations by Exylon Pesticides

We reserve the right to cancel your order, in full or in part, due to reasons including but not limited to:

Product unavailability
Logistical constraints
Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure)
Suspicious or fraudulent activity
Violation of our Terms of Use

In such cases, if payment was made in advance, the refund will be processed as per our refund policy.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
Contact your bank, as it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without reference to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong, damaged, or expired product).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
