Application Method

Mix the recommended dosage in the required volume of clean water to ensure a uniform spray suspension.
Apply as a high-volume foliar spray using a knapsack or power sprayer for maximum distribution.
Ensure complete and uniform coverage of the entire plant canopy, including the underside of the leaves.
For best results, spray during the cooler hours of early morning or late evening to ensure optimal leaf absorption.
Repeat the application after 10–14 days if the disease or pest pressure persists or during critical growth stages.

Mode of Action

Eclipse works through two powerful pathways. Ethion inhibits the acetylcholinesterase (AChE) enzyme, causing a breakdown in nerve signal transmission. Cypermethrin simultaneously disrupts the sodium channels in the nerve membranes. Together, this dual attack causes rapid, uncontrollable nervous system excitation, leading to paralysis and death.
