THIAZOL INSECTICIDE

• Seed Treatment: Mix the recommended dose of Thiazol with a small quantity of water to create a smooth slurry.
• Coating: Pour the slurry over the seeds and rotate or stir thoroughly (manually or in a seed-treating drum) until every seed is uniformly coated.
• Drying: Spread the treated seeds on a clean plastic sheet or floor in a shaded area. Allow them to air-dry completely before sowing.
• Timing: For best results, treat the seeds just before sowing.
• Note: Ensure that the seed surface is clean and free from dust before treatment to maximize chemical adhesion.

Thiazol is a highly potent systemic neonicotinoid. Thiamethoxam acts by irreversibly binding to the nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChR) in the insect's central nervous system. This causes continuous nerve overstimulation, leading to rapid paralysis, feeding cessation, and death. Because it is systemic, as the seed grows, the chemical moves into the new leaves and stems to kill pests that attempt to feed.
