Product Overview

Key Highlights

High Concentration: Premium 70% Water Dispersible Granule (WG) formulation for maximum pest knockdown power.
Systemic Action: Rapidly absorbed and translocated throughout the plant tissue for complete inside-out protection.
Low Dosage Requirement: Highly cost-effective solution requiring very low application rates per acre.
Easy Handling: The WG formulation dissolves completely in water, preventing nozzle clogging and messy spills.
Long-Lasting Defense: Provides extended residual protection, significantly reducing the need for repeated spraying.

Target Crops

Cotton • Rice (Paddy) • Tomato • Chilli • Brinjal (Eggplant) • Okra • Cucumber • Potato • Citrus • Grapes • Pomegranate • Groundnut

Target Pests

Aphids • Jassids (Leafhoppers) • Thrips • Whiteflies • Brown Plant Hopper (BPH) • White-Backed Plant Hopper (WBPH) • Termites

Application Method

Mix the recommended dosage in the required volume of clean water to ensure a uniform spray suspension.
Apply as a high-volume foliar spray using a knapsack or power sprayer for maximum distribution.
Ensure complete and uniform coverage of the entire plant canopy, including the underside of the leaves.
For best results, spray during the cooler hours of early morning or late evening to ensure optimal leaf absorption.
Repeat the application after 10–14 days if the disease or pest pressure persists or during critical growth stages.
(Note: Impactor is highly versatile and can also be applied as a targeted soil drench or seed treatment for early-stage protection against soil-dwelling pests like termites).

Features & Benefits

Immediate Results: Provides an immediate cessation of feeding, stopping crop damage within hours of application.
Phytotonic Effect: Promotes vigorous plant growth, resulting in a visibly greener and healthier crop canopy (stress shield effect).
Broad-Spectrum Efficacy: Controls a wide range of multiple overlapping sucking pest infestations simultaneously.
Excellent Compatibility: Highly compatible with most common agricultural fungicides and foliar fertilizers for tank mixing.
Lifecycle Eradication: Controls both the mature adult and destructive nymphal stages of aggressive sucking insects.

Mode of Action

Impactor is a highly potent systemic neonicotinoid insecticide. Imidacloprid acts by completely irreversibly binding to the nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChR) within the insect's central nervous system. This highly specific interference causes a massive accumulation of acetylcholine, leading to continuous nerve overstimulation, rapid paralysis, immediate feeding cessation, and death.

Safety & Precautions

Always wear full protective clothing, including chemical-resistant gloves, a face mask, and safety goggles.
Wash hands, face, and all exposed skin thoroughly with soap and water immediately after the spraying process.
Store in the original container, tightly closed, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and food items.
Strictly avoid eating, drinking, or smoking while handling, mixing, or applying this agricultural chemical.
Dispose of empty containers safely according to local regulations and prevent any drift into nearby water bodies.
