Application Method

Mix the recommended dosage in the required volume of clean water to ensure a uniform spray suspension.
Apply as a high-volume foliar spray using a knapsack or power sprayer for maximum distribution.
Ensure complete and uniform coverage of the entire plant canopy, including the underside of the leaves where pests like Thrips and Whiteflies reside.
For best results, apply at the early stages of pest infestation or at the first appearance of disease symptoms.
Repeat the application after 10–12 days if pest pressure persists or during peak infestation windows.

Mode of Action

Tornex operates through two distinct pathways. Tebuconazole acts as a systemic demethylation inhibitor (DMI) that interferes with the biosynthesis of ergosterol, disrupting fungal cell membrane integrity. Sulphur acts as a contact fungicide that interrupts the respiratory chain of the fungi, causing the release of toxic substances within the fungal cell that lead to its immediate collapse.

Safety & Precautions

Always wear full protective clothing, including chemical-resistant gloves, a face mask, and safety goggles.
Wash hands, face, and all exposed skin thoroughly with soap and water immediately after the spraying process.
Store in the original container, tightly closed, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and food items.
Caution: Avoid application on "Sulphur-shy" crops (like certain varieties of cucurbits) or during extreme high temperatures to prevent leaf scorch.
Dispose of empty containers safely according to local regulations and prevent any drift into nearby water bodies.
